3. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed upon on Twism, please provide our designated agent with a written DMCA notice containing the following information:

Telephone number
Email address
A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
A URL or other specific location on Twism where the infringing material is located.
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright.
4. Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to Twism. To file a counter-notice, please provide the following information to our designated agent:

A description of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was removed.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Courts for the judicial districts in Delaware, California, Florida, and Washington, or if your address is outside of the United States, the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which Twism may be found.
A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or an agent of such person.
A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the material.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
Twism will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. A "repeat infringer" is defined as a user who has been determined, in the sole discretion of Twism, to be responsible for multiple infringements of copyrighted works.
6. Good Faith Efforts to Obtain Cooperation
Twism has implemented a policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others. Additionally, Twism respects the privacy of all parties involved and will handle all DMCA notices and counter-notices with confidentiality, disclosing information only as required by law.
7. Notice of Changes to Policy
Twism reserves the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of Twism's services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new DMCA Policy.
